SHADOW THEATER WITH MUSIC

Prosperona wants revenge. Many years ago, she was once the Duchess of Milan. But after her sister joined forces with the Queen of Naples and booted her out, she is stuck on a desert island with her daughter. There, Prosperona now rules over the air spirits and the wild island creatures in a shadowy world with her magical powers. Until one day her enemies sail past the island. Prosperona strands them with a monster-like magic storm and now has them all under her magical control.

The schatten | theater | spatzen | orchester has rediscovered and redesigned Shakespeare's story with shadow play, figures, sounds and music. It consists of the shadow theater group from the Carl-Sonnenschein-Schule in Düsseldorf, who are guests at FRITZ for the fourth time, and the school's sparrow orchestra. It involves 24 children aged 8 to 10.
