A separation is a big step. This makes it all the more important to take it well-informed and confidently. This talk is aimed at women who want to consciously prepare for their divorce and go through this challenging phase with clarity.

Women are often at a disadvantage during the separation process: due to part-time work as a result of bringing up children, lower income and wage brackets, extensive unpaid

unpaid care work and a lack of knowledge about their own rights.

In her presentation, Claudia Formella points out typical pitfalls and explains how to

you can protect yourself at an early stage and act confidently. She brings

not only professional expertise, but also a personal perspective.

She is from Neuperlach and knows the realities of life there. With

knowledge, practical tips and personal experience, Claudia Formella accompanies

Claudia Formella guides the participants through all the important legal and

emotional questions.

In the last 30 minutes, there will be an opportunity to ask Claudia Formella any questions that you would rather not discuss in front of the whole group.
