Ship party Düsseldorf 2026: Celebrate 80 years of Rheinische Post on the MS RheinGalaxie!

Are you ready for the ultimate boat party on the Rhine? On June 6, 2026, the Rheinische Post invites you to a big summer party in Düsseldorf. We are celebrating our 80th anniversary on the most modern event ship in the KD fleet, the MS RheinGalaxie. Experience the sunset over the Düsseldorf skyline and dance with us in the open air.

Tickets & dates at a glance:

• When: Saturday, June 6, 2026

• Boarding: from 16:00 (Burgplatz jetty, Düsseldorf Altstadt)
• Departure: 17:00 hrs
• End of party: 22:00 hrs
• Tickets: Get your ticket now at rp-events.de (it pays to be quick - the last parties sold out early!)

What you can look forward to:

• 6 hours of party beats: DJ Dave Kurtis mixes summer hits, current charts and - in keeping with the anniversary - the best classics of the 80s. And there will also be a few 90s hits.

• 5-hour Rhine cruise: Enjoy the beautiful route along the Düsseldorf scenery at sunset.

• Open-air dancefloor: Party on the huge sun deck or relax in between in the cool indoor area, which will be open throughout.
• Snacks & drinks: There's something for every appetite (vegan too!) - and at fair prices.

Important note: We are a "cashless board". Please pay conveniently by card (EC or credit cards), as cash payment is not possible.
