German rock from East Frisia at its finest - no frills, but with plenty of pressure on the strings. Powerful guitars meet everyday topics that everyone knows and lyrics that are so East Frisian that you can almost hear the wind whistling over the dyke as you listen. Home, madness, life - it's all there, nothing glossed over.

We are Schlaecht. That's Björn, Nikolai, Christian and Timo. Four guys, one mission: to deliver varied German rock for 15 years now, uncompromising in their lyrics and unerring in their sound. Sometimes loud, sometimes thoughtful, but always straight to the point - just like the normal madness to which they devote themselves.

In short: anyone who doesn't sing along, nod along or at least inwardly say "yes" on this evening at Betty's Black Pearl has either never been there or found the guitars too quiet. A must for anyone who likes honest rock with a North German edge.
