In the organizer's words:

Sat. 22.11. 9 am - 1 pm and Sun. 23.11. 10 am - 6 pm incl. concert
The "School of Rock" project is more than just a place to learn music: it aims to create a community in which passion and artistic expression can be encouraged. The opportunity to inspire children, teenagers and young adults - musicians of all ages - to discover their potential and make music together.
These are the aims of the "School of Rock" run by members of the Colombian band Dr. Krapula and Radio Jaguar:
- Diverse music workshops on various instruments
- Encouraging creativity and individual expression
- Strengthening team spirit and cooperation
- Mentoring by experienced professionals from the music industry
The range of workshops includes
- Instrumental lessons (e.g. guitar, bass, drums, keyboard, vocals)
- Music composition, arrangement and production
- Performance techniques and stage presence
- Marketing, promotion, contracts and copyright
Methodologically, the focus is on practical learning and active participation. Participants work on real music projects, receive feedback from experts and gain valuable stage experience through joint rehearsals and performances.
Open to people of all ages and abilities, the School of Rock has a special focus on teenagers and young adults. Our inclusive and flexible workshops adapt to the individual needs of the participants.
