Career paths are full of search processes and paths taken can no longer prove coherent. The question then often arises: How can I succeed, at whatever age, in taking my career aspirations seriously? How can new paths open up for me?

In this seminar, you will have the opportunity to develop a holistic "motto goal" for yourself. You will focus on your career aspirations and interests and gain the courage to make a new start. Based on an inventory, you will define professional goals and plan the first concrete steps on the way there. We work with a creative job search method that turns the tables: no longer waiting for job advertisements, but actively and independently pursuing your own goals. You will learn how to make important contacts and bring your professional ideas "into the world".

This seminar will be a mix of creative methods, individual and group work.

The seminar is for women.
