On this seminar day, you can expect a medical lecture on Ayurvedic nutrition, a yoga class to boost your metabolism, a cooking class with Ayurvedic principles at lunchtime and a group discussion - including an additional Ayurvedic dish.
10:00 am: Basic principles of Ayurvedic nutrition
In this seminar, you will gain an insight into Ayurvedic nutrition, which is always geared towards the individual constitution, phase of life, seasons, state of health and life circumstances. You will gain an awareness of the effect that nutrition has on your well-being. You will learn which foods, drinks, spices and food combinations are suitable for you. A diet that is easy to implement and integrate into your everyday life. We will discuss topics and complaints that are relevant to everyday life in order to find ways to prevent certain complaints through nutrition.
12:30 p.m.: Cooking according to Ayurvedic principles
Ayurvedic cuisine is rich in colors, aromas and vitality. Based on the theoretical knowledge of the basic principles of Ayurvedic nutrition, we will create a wholesome menu for all constitutional types together. We will cook a menu that seduces the senses and strengthens health.
14:30: Yoga - Metabolism
What is my nature? Where are my limits? What is suitable or unsuitable for me? How can I refine my perception? You will experience yoga asanas that stimulate and support the metabolism. Through meditation and breathing exercises, our metabolism relaxes and our observation and perception become much clearer. This helps you to recognize yourself and make decisions: What are my needs? What are my habits? What kind of diet is right for me?
From 16:00: Exchange round with an Ayurvedic evening meal together
The event ends at around 6 pm.
