10:00 am: Lecture on cleansing & detoxification Ayurvedic medicine
Immerse yourself in the millennia-old science of life and discover how an Ayurvedic cleansing cure relieves the body and clears the mind. This lecture provides an insight into the detoxification therapies, cleansing diet and natural lifestyle during the cure. Supporting the body to rid itself of accumulated waste products in order to restore its balance. Individualized cures tailored to your state of health, constitutional type, stage of life and season. A sustainable way to revitalize body and mind.

12:30 p.m.: Ayurvedic food
Proper nutrition is the core of maintaining health in Ayurveda. You will be served a dish that is prepared in a gentle way using a whole variety of Ayurvedic spices. This contributes to an important part of the healing process and a balanced state. The food is balanced for all constitutional types. The chef's intention and heartfelt additions round off the dish to create an enjoyable elixir of life.

14:30: Yoga & meditation - detoxification
Just as the stream follows its natural path, dissolving obstacles, carrying away waste products and leaving behind clarity, our body can also cleanse itself naturally and find its inner harmony. In this yoga class, you will experience flowing asanas that promote blood circulation and lymph flow, as well as stimulating digestion and metabolism. You will experience an intensive breathing practice, a guided meditation and a silent meditation. Your perception will become clearer in order to find the answer: What is my nature/my natural needs/my habits?
