Servusla! As a trained dialect researcher and friend of linguistic acrobatics, I was allowed to translate six Asterix volumes into Main-Franconian - which was great fun. Dark wedge! That had fei Schbass gemächt!

Sers! Life without comics is possible, but it doesn't make sense. As a journalist, I am interested in drawings and content. Since 2003, I have been translating the dialogs of the dialect series "Asterix uff Meefränggisch" from High German into Main-Franconian - there are now six volumes.
