Silent Book Club x Pumpenhaus

Reading alone in community - that's the philosophy behind the "Silent Book Club". The idea found its way from San Francisco to Münster in the fall of 2024. Since then, the bibliophile club has usually met in the B-Side Café. Now the format is coming to the Pumpenhaus for the first time! The motto: "Bring your own book". Each person comes with their own book of choice. Whether it's a godless smut or a volume of poetry: we read together, in silence. For around an hour. Anyone who looks at the other person's book more often than their own will then have the opportunity to discuss what they have brought with them. The "Silent Book Club" is the perfect event for literature fans who also enjoy their quiet time together. The meetings are free of charge and open to everyone.
