Groove is not only probably the most uncomplicated dance lesson in the world - it is a creative, interactive dance experience for groups of all ages and fitness levels.
It's not about complicated choreographies or fixed step sequences. The focus is on everyone individually finding their own groove and connecting with the group.
Dancing is done with silent disco technology, 40 places and music from all over the world and, very importantly, the volume can be adjusted individually!
