Simon Rummel Ensemble – "Best regards from your Memory"

Large ensembles in the independent music scene that work together regularly and for a long time are rare. The Simon Rummel Ensemble has existed since 2012 and has been making music together in an almost unchanged line-up ever since. The namesake contributes his compositions, robust material that he throws at the whole ensemble. It is picked up by ten musicians with their own unique playing personalities, and what they make of it is unpredictable every time, but still easy to understand for open ears.
