Singer-Songwriter Slam, 2. Vorrunde

In the organizer's words:

When the open-air stages are dismantled and the beer tastes better indoors than in the garden again, the singer-songwriter season begins in the Lagerhalle. For the fifteenth time, singer-songwriters will compete in four preliminary rounds and a grand finale at the slam in the large hall of the Lagerhalle from October 2025. The focus is always on fun and passion, and what better genre than songwriting to convey this. No electronics or software can help here. Sublime feelings are breathed through the microphone and stories are told.

With the Singer-Songwriter Slam, the Lagerhalle has a stage for new hopeful talents, long-serving ambassadors of the genre or young musicians who want to turn their passion into a profession.

Eight musicians, their instrument and a microphone. They only have two songs to convince the audience. Similar to a poetry slam, the audience decides who they like best with jury panels from 1-10. The two musicians with the highest scores perform another song in the applause finale. You determine the winners of the preliminary round with your applause. Both finalists qualify for the grand final at Theater Osnabrück.

At the singer-songwriter slam in the Lagerhalle, big emotions meet pop, pop meets rock, trash meets folk. The songs must be composed and written by the participants themselves and only limited aids are allowed!
