Slowsteps two-gether (Workshop)

In the organizer's words:

"SlowSteps two-gether" is an inclusive dance and movement format by dance teacher Friederike Reif that invites you to connect mindfully - with yourself, the music and others. The focus is on the perception of one's own body, an intensive connection to one's own resources, needs and limits as well as a mindful, consensual experience with one another.
The workshop - or rather: Slowshop - is designed in the sense of a relaxed performance: a diversity-sensitive space that offers plenty of freedom, both physically and in terms of content, to adapt to personal possibilities, daily forms and needs.
The format is particularly suitable for people with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS/ME/post Covid). In addition, the Slowshop is an invitation to people who appreciate a mindful, nervous system-friendly approach to exercise.

Sitting and lying options are available.

Friederike Reif is a social pedagogue and dance researcher and educator for diversity-sensitive dance. She also works with dance therapy approaches. She is particularly interested in couples' dance and has developed an alternative couples' dance concept from her practical experience and research: "Zweisam Tanzen". She brings her own experience with chronic fatigue syndrome to her work. This perspective significantly shapes the design of her Slowshop formats: with special attention to breaks, choices, individual approach, expertise for overload signals and an attitude of "everything can, nothing must".
