The aroma of freshly ground coffee fills the air, voices mingle with the hiss of the milk nozzle. People come together, drink a cappuccino, chat and experience choral music in a relaxed atmosphere.

With the new format "For a cappuccino with Palestrina", the
Festival Musica Viva 2025 invites you to a very special concert series. Choirs from Osnabrück will each perform a 30-minute program of vocal music from different centuries - a work by Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina, whose 500th birthday we are celebrating this year, is always part of the concert.

The concerts take place in different locations. Free admission, registration is not necessary. A donation to cover the costs is requested at the exit.

We open the doorsone hour before the start for a cup of coffee or cappuccino. A mobile coffee bike will provide the right accompaniment before the musical part begins. Listen, linger, be inspired - in a relaxed atmosphere and with melodious encounters.
