Many people spend a large part of their day in their heads - planning, analyzing or brooding. We often don't get much opportunity to really calm down.
The Regulation Walk is an invitation to step out of this mode for a while.
We walk through nature together, slow down, become more aware of our surroundings and, step by step, become more in touch with our bodies again.
With simple body-based exercises and mindfulness techniques, we can signal to our nervous system that it is safe to relax.
The focus is not on conversation or performance, but on sensing, perceiving and experiencing in the here and now.

Towards the end of the walk, we come together in a quiet place in the forest and consciously take a moment to pause. The gentle sounds of the handpan (played live) help us to feel, regulate and calm down even more deeply.

Participation is free of charge. I have been working intensively on the subject of nervous system regulation for some time and would like to share my enthusiasm for it with other people. At the same time, I use these walks to gain experience in accompanying groups. Honest feedback at the end of the walk - both praise and ideas for improvement - is therefore the most valuable support for me.
