The fairy tales we grow up with are usually older than we think and have a long journey through languages and cultures behind them. Aurélien Zouki and Éric Deniaud set out in search of the origins of these stories and find an artistic expression that is universally understandable: they create landscapes out of clay and, like geologists, uncover the oldest fables of mankind layer by layer. They carve, sculpt or draw - accompanied by music from all over the world - and breathe life into this raw material. Seagulls, rabbits, sheep, turtles, donkeys and oxen are created - an entire animal kingdom is created, only to disappear again immediately and make room for something new. In a combination of music and object theater, young audiences aged 6 and up in particular are taken on a poetic journey through space and time - across all borders.
