Spirit Detective brings the vibes of the 70s and early 80s back to the present. They authentically represent a mixture of heavy psych, stoner and 70s hard rock. The result is a hybrid of the music of the well-known desert sound from LA and the heavy culture of our home region.

With the release of "Carbon Vibration" (EP) in spring 2019, the band showed itself for the first time. Their first full-length album "Planet Delusion" was released in September 2021. The album was well received and widely reviewed. The band is currently working on their new album, which promises a certain new heaviness.

Spirit Detective hail from Gelsenkirchen and see themselves primarily as a live band with an unmistakable heavy sound. And they will present this to you in their home town in the dense club atmosphere of the HIER IST NICHT DA in a particularly atmospheric and unforgettable way.
