As part of the Munich green & biodiverse project

How can a big city be designed to be climate-resilient, liveable and species-rich? The Stadt.Terrasse.Fest at Stiglmaierplatz will attempt to answer this question on Thursday, September 18, 2025. On the occasion of Climate Adaptation Week (15-19 September 2025) and under the motto #TogetherForClimateAdaptation, freiRAUMviertel gUG invites young and old to a diverse program.
Visitors can expect an exciting mix of workshops, exchange formats and a specialist lecture by Hans Greßirer, Deputy Chairman of BUND Naturschutz Kreisgruppe München.

Program
● 2-5 p.m.: Bike repair workshop - joint repairs and tips for everyday life
● 2pm-3:30pm: "Seed Bomb Sculptures" art workshop - greening the city with small works of art made from soil, seeds and clay for all age groups
● 5-6:30 p.m.: "Green perspectives" art workshop - urban sketching for young people and adults
● 7-7:30 pm: Lecture by Hans Greßirer (Deputy Chairman, Bund Naturschutz Kreisgruppe München) Title: "München grün & artenreich - Integration of nature into urban environments"

Location: Stiglmaierplatz, level with Brienner Str. 59 in front of the Haus der Schüler

Admission: Free admission, barrier-free, open to all
