Event accompanying the exhibition "Fix it! Conversion instead of demolition!"

For which people are city centers planned and built? How can spaces exclude and restrict people? What do maps tell us and what information is not conveyed?

With these questions in mind, we would like to take a walk through Dresden's city center and find answers together. Using the method of collective critical mapping, we will record and present our thoughts on a map. We will also look at our utopias for an inclusive, liveable urban design and think about different ways of using built space.

We will start with a short input on critical mapping and then explore the city center together.
