About the event:

sudoraع invites you to a role-based lecture-performance in which her practice unfolds at the intersection of multiple disciplines. The format is based on the oxels framework developed by the XORG collective ( www.xorg.how), which draws on organizational theory and game design to enable experimental approaches to collective structuring through action.
In this lecture-performance, sudoraع refers to their ongoing practice with sound, music and art, guided by the idea that knowledge is already present in communities and unfolds through exchange. Participants follow the selected text fragments in changing roles, shifting roles with each new paragraph and adopting different forms of listening. The collective reading ends in an open discussion accompanied by a meal prepared in the Schwankhalle's mobile kitchen.

sudoraع is a collective of artists and cultural workers based in Bremen. Characterized by improvisation and collaboration, sudoraع is rooted in a practice of intercollaboration and creates spaces to reflect on collaborative forms of sonic expression. The interdisciplinary projects move between installations, sound improvisations, lecture performances, web projects, concerts and exchange formats.
