Several top-class sparkling wines in combination with excellent sushi. Exciting sparkling wine knowledge, a special atmosphere and delicious sushi await you. The entrance fee includes the sparkling wines, one sushi platter per person and water!

The atmosphere promises a lot, because when do you dedicate yourself to sushi in combination with the highest quality sparkling wines? In the evening, every sushi or sashimi is matched to every top-class sparkling wine. You will learn a lot, from the basics of sparkling wine production to the distinction between champagne and Franciacorta, for example. The excellent sushi is freshly prepared on the spot by the sushi master on slate plates.
