On two separate evenings you will learn everything you need to know in the darkroom:

Part 1: Develop black and white films yourself! Experience the magic of analog image processing! You will learn how to expose black and white films correctly and develop them yourself.

Part 2: Make your own black and white enlargements! You will learn how to select suitable negatives and then make black and white prints.

At the beginning of the workshop you will need a black and white film that has already been exposed. If you don't have your own film, we can provide you with an analog 35mm camera and black and white film. It is best if you come to the academy in the afternoon at 4 p.m. so that you can go on a photo hunt before the workshop. Have you also found your own negatives at home? Bring them with you.

This course is ideal for photo enthusiasts who want to learn more about the darkroom.
