Let's dance for animals!
Absolutely! For community and joie de vivre! Isn't dancing a wonderful expression of this? And this is exactly what animals rescued from the animal industry or from animal testing laboratories experience at sanctuaries. Places where the animals are free, can live out their needs and are allowed to grow old. The tangible utopia of a new form of human-animal relationship. But life farms function exclusively through donations and sponsorships. With our first Swing Dance for Animals, we would like to support the Federherz (federherzev.de) life farm and animal welfare association. You can find more information about sanctuaries here https://www.duesseldorf-vegan.de/lebenshoefe-co
"Saving an animal doesn't change the world. But the whole world changes for this one animal!"

Netiquette:
We want everyone to feel comfortable at the social dance. Please observe a few friendly rules:
1. no means no. If you ask others to dance, please also respect a no. It is certainly not directed against you personally, but corresponds to the current state of the person asked.
2. respect the boundaries of others. Everyone has their own comfort zone, if you are made aware that your behavior is causing discomfort in any way, please be understanding.
3. pay attention to your personal hygiene. Dancing brings us close together. So please do your best: coming to the dance freshly showered is of course ideal. But deodorant or perfume are also good companions, a change of T-shirt every now and then really makes sense and fresh breath is pleasant for everyone.
4. think of others when dancing. You are not alone on the dance floor. Please be careful with your movements and watch out for others so that everyone can find their place safely. If you are wearing shoes with heels, be extra careful.
5. only come if you are healthy. Everyone is grateful if viruses are not passed on. Please do not come if you have a cold, cough, flu, Covid etc.
