The cheerful geriatric nurse Sybille Bullatschek is back! After her successful program "Volle Pflägekraft voraus!", the likeable Swabian once again delights audiences with bizarre stories and funny gags about the "Pfläge" cosmos.

All hell breaks loose again at Haus Sonnenuntergang: Mrs. Grube and Mrs. Bongartz fight over the photo with the mayor, while Mr. Seifert causes a stir at the carnival parade with a hunting rifle. Sybille also shows the organizers "where the Pfläger gets the electric blankets" during a dubious coffee trip.

In addition to a lot of humor, there are also educational moments: Sybille learns a new foreign language with her travel recorder - after the legendary "my job isch Pfläge", it remains to be seen which one it is this time. Of course, she also addresses the shortage of skilled workers and quickly invents Pflägehypnosis to get people excited about her profession: "Deep down, everyone wants to be a Pflägekraft."

And love is not neglected either: between shift work and speed dating, Sybille is looking for her happy ending - whether she succeeds remains to be seen.
