Procedure

• Open group - no previous experience necessary.
• We start together with a short arrival and introduction, then we work on 2-3 issues.
• In the preliminary discussion you can share personal matters or limit yourself to the essentials.
• You will benefit from the work in the group even if you do not have your own concerns.
• If you have participated several times without your own concerns, you will be given priority in the next round.
• The participation fee is freely selectable according to appreciation and possibility.

Method
We work with Systemic Structural Constellations (SySt®) according to Insa Sparrer and Matthias Varga von Kibéd. This method makes complex issues spatially visible with the help of the group and makes it possible to recognize patterns and interactions. By trying out different constellations, clarity emerges as to which options for action are available.
SySt® (although it is also called "constellations") works very differently to Hellinger, who coined the term. Our approach is not authoritarian, but dialogical and solution-oriented.
