The TaKeTiNa® evening group begins with live music to get us started, improvised in pairs from the moment on instruments such as handpan, glass tube, water drums, n'goni, gongs, duduk, flugelhorn.... We then embark together on a groovy rhythmic journey that begins with the voice and eventually leads into steps and claps that are stabilized by the co-leadership of a Brazilian bass drum. Finally, a call-response vocal emerges as a third level, accompanied by a Brazilian berimbau, which sometimes stabilizes the rhythm of the feet, sometimes takes up the rhythm of the hands, but also musically illuminates the interesting spaces in between. Alternating between stabilization and destabilization, groove and chaos phases are created in which individual participants fall out of the rhythm, while the musical process continues to unfold through the group, allowing them to effortlessly rejoin at any time. In the process, controlling thinking is consciously undermined, the inner critic comes to rest, intuition takes over and the participants land in the here and now, where presence and pure joie de vivre emerge, which can be expressed in polyphonic singing.

In the rhythm circle, musicians and people with no previous musical experience can learn together in their own time and even enrich each other in the process. For example, you can leave out one level at any time or disconnect and remain inwardly connected to the group while lying down, sitting, walking or dancing. In TaKeTiNa, musical learning is always also a human learning process. The things that hinder our lives are reflected as musical-rhythmic problems and can be transformed through rhythmic-musical work. TaKeTiNa combines thousands of years of "rhythm knowledge" from different cultures with the latest findings from the fields of music, cybernetics, communication, brain research and chaos theory to create a new form of learning and self-awareness.

The TaKeTiNa evening group can be a regular ritual for emptying yourself of everyday life, arriving in your presence and recharging yourself.
