Anyone looking for an apartment in the city today faces a major challenge. Housing is scarce, expensive and often anonymous. But a home is much more than just a roof over your head: it offers protection, allows you to relax and is a prerequisite for social participation.

How we live shapes our society. Demographic change, new forms of work and digitalization are massively changing the demands placed on housing. What kind of architecture and housing will meet people's needs and promote a good life and social interaction in the city?

The focus is on sustainable solutions that break new ground not only in terms of construction, but also in terms of design, social and ecological aspects.
