In this Tarraxo course you will learn how to control your body and isolate individual body parts to create the musical movements of Tarraxo. We will teach you techniques to make your body movements smooth and controlled.

You will learn to feel the rhythmic beat and tune into it. We will analyze different Tarraxo songs and their characteristics to develop a better understanding of the music and adapt your dance movements accordingly.

Another important aspect of Tarraxo is the connection with your dance partner. We will focus on how to build a strong connection to realize the full potential of Tarraxo. You will learn how to communicate with your partner, align with each other and feel the energy between the two of you.

This course is aimed at participants of all dance levels, from beginner to advanced. No previous knowledge of Tarraxo is required. Just bring your openness, curiosity and desire to be carried away by the music and the dance.

Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes that allow you to move freely. It is recommended to bring a dance partner, but it is also possible to participate alone, as we will make sure that everyone has a dance partner.
