Dreamy and virtuoso

Hana Chang studies at the renowned Kronberg Academy with violin star Christian Tetzlaff and is well on her way to becoming a star herself. The US-born violinist has already performed all over the world and won important prizes, most recently at the Queen Elisabeth Competition. She brings a sonata by Mozart to the Laeiszhalle, which the composer once wrote for another young, outstanding virtuoso. A fairytale-like, dreamy piece by Tōru Takemitsu will be followed by Brahms' popular Third and final Violin Sonata.
