We are continuously engaged -
through thoughts, conversations, and digital input -
often losing connection to ourselves in the process.
Temple of Silence is an invitation to pause.
To step away from the external noise
and gently return to your inner world.
This session is inspired by Vipassana practice,
focusing on observing the breath, body sensations,
and thoughts with awareness - without judgment.
You will be guided into stillness through a gentle introduction,
followed by periods of silent sitting and walking meditation.
There is nothing you need to achieve.
No expectation to perform.
This is a space to simply be -
to observe, to feel, and to reconnect.

For whom is this session?
This session is open to everyone -
whether you are new to meditation or already experienced.
All that is required is a willingness
to slow down and be present.
Why silence?
Silence allows the mind to settle
and the body to release accumulated tension.
It creates space -
for clarity, awareness, and deeper connection.
What to bring
- Comfortable clothing (preferably white ones)
- Warm layers (your body cools down during stillness)
- An open mind
