With the Devour The Dark Across Europe Tour 2026, TENSIDE and AURORAWAVE are joining forces for the first time for a joint co-headlining tour through Europe and the United Kingdom. A total of 27 shows are scheduled between September 17 and October 17, 2026. This includes eight dates in Germany. The tour will be accompanied by Dutch metalcore band SUGARSPINE, who will complete the line-up as special guests. The tour unites two of the most exciting acts in the modern heavy scene and stands for a powerful combination of modern metal and cross-genre influences.

TENSIDE have been among the internationally established greats in modern metal for years. With their album Come Alive Dying, released in 2024, the band reached number 6 in the German album charts and other international chart positions. Extensive tours have taken the band through Europe, the United Kingdom and to China, Japan and South America. They have shared the stage with acts such as Five Finger Death Punch, Trivium, Killswitch Engage and Bad Wolves. They have also impressively demonstrated their live qualities at renowned festivals such as Wacken Open Air, Summer Breeze, With Full Force, the Midi Festival in China and Altavoz in Colombia.

AURORAWAVE stand for an independent sound that combines heavy music with reggae, alternative and modern rock influences. The band around frontman Nathan Aurora has quickly gained international attention with energetic live shows and cross-genre releases and is regarded as a fresh source of inspiration within the modern rock and metal landscape.
With the current TENSIDE single Receiver Of The Dark 2.0 feat. Aurorawave, which will be released on April 10, 2026, both bands combine their musical worlds for the first time. The track combines precise metal riffs with rhythmic, reggae-inspired vibes and picks up on the feeling of a world in upheaval with the recurring S.O.S. motif. This collaborative energy also forms the creative core of the tour. The band describes the collaboration as an expansion of their creative spectrum, which should unfold a particularly intense dynamic live.
