THANKSGIVING BUFFET

Celebrate the traditional Thanksgiving feast with us - American classics, autumnal flavors and festive specialties await you in a cozy atmosphere.

Enjoy our salad bar and cold starters such as American coleslaw, roast beef with jalapeño corn relish, marinated oven-baked hokkaido with figs and lemon sour cream, colorful shrimp salad with Cajun mayo and classic Caesar salad. Served with a creamy pumpkin soup and fresh bread confectionery & baguette with herb butter and pimento cheese.

The highlight of the evening: a whole turkey, freshly carved at the buffet, with delicious stuffing and autumnal side dishes such as Brussels sprouts and chestnut vegetables, green beans with bacon and maple syrup, grilled corn on the cob, truffled potato gratin, sweet potato puree with marshmallows and mac & cheese.

Finally, we will spoil you with desserts such as Marriott cheesecake, pecan pie, key lime pie, pumpkin pie, apple-cranberry crumble and a colorful donut station.
