The Axis Syllabus - Dance & Somatics

In the organizer's words:

Axis Syllabus is a collection of knowledge for learning, researching and experiencing movement, especially in the context of dance. This includes movement taking into account anatomical relationships, physics, biomechanics, ongoing multidisciplinary research and movement analysis and transmission.

An Axis Syllabus training aims to create a collaborative learning environment and an effective space for personal research.

On Tuesdays, CI elements also become part of the exploration: dancing together opens up a further opportunity to perceive one's own structure in greater depth.

In suggested movement sequences, there is space to explore your own anatomy and coordination. Free movement explorations invite you to discover new movement possibilities and movement qualities. The intention is to strengthen ways to dance, jump, land, roll and fly gently and efficiently.
