There are Beatles cover bands and there are The Fairies: B-sides, rarities and obscurities from the Fab Four's diverse oeuvre are the focus of The Fairies' unique shows. In particular, the complex pieces from the Beatles' late phase are paired with rock'n'roll numbers from the early days.

The interpretations are not dull plagiarisms, they beam the music of John, Paul, George and Ringo into the here and now - energetic, exciting and always new. You often hear enthusiastic concertgoers say: "If the Beatles had existed today, they would sound like the Fairies." Originally founded as a one-concert band as part of the "Night for John Lennon" in 2000 to mark the 20th anniversary of the Beatles mastermind's death, the five exceptional musicians have been captivating audiences throughout Germany with their innovative concept concerts for over twenty years. Numerous TV and radio productions document their extraordinary work.
