The Pilates Club

In the organizer's words:

The Pilates Club - November 21 in Bochum

An evening for body, mind & girl power!

Together with 50 girls, we start a very special Pilates session full of energy, connection and well-being.
We will warm up together for 30 minutes beforehand - in collaboration with SISSEL and the Spinefitter, an innovative tool to support breast cancer patients. On this evening, we would also like to draw attention to the topic of breast cancer and set an example for mindfulness and health.

Afterwards, you can expect a 1-hour mat Pilates session, great goodies and the opportunity to get to know other girls in their twenties - in a relaxed atmosphere and with lots of positive energy.

What you can expect:

• Introductory rounds & speedfriending
• 30 min warm-up with SISSEL x Spinefitter
• 60 min Pilates Flow
• Goodie bags & community vibes
• No equipment necessary - mats & tools are provided

Notice:

This event is a social club event for women in their twenties!
In order to promote the community spirit and give everyone the chance to meet new girls, the groups are always mixed and no one sits with the same girls all the time! This keeps it fair & in the spirit of the Social Club - thank you for your understanding!

Please note that the tickets are unfortunately non-refundable. However, you are welcome to contact us via Instagram and we will see if there is someone from the community who would like to take over the tickets.

We would also like to point out that photos and videos will be taken during the event, which will be used for marketing purposes. If you do not agree to this, please let us know.
