theater satt: Im Glück

In the organizer's words:

A clownish solo based on the fairy tale Hans im Glück

For seven years, he performed as the "sensational and wonderfully funny Hans Göttmann" on every stage in the world. But one day, just a few minutes before the 1,678th performance, Hans Göttmann drops everything, takes only the box office with the proceeds from all the performances and happily sets off. On the way, he is persuaded - like Hans im Glück once was - to make one "favorable" exchange after another, until he finally arrives home empty-handed but overjoyed.

Im Glück poses the question: What do we really need? Isn't less really more? A play about friendship and tolerance and about the fact that the world is perhaps not as complicated as it seems.
