Tobias Frohnhöfer Quartett feat. Alex Sipiagin

Multiple award-winning drummer and alumnus of the Dr. Langner Jazzmasters of the HfMT Tobias Frohn- höfer has been living in Hamburg since 2020 and has become an important part of the scene. His playing in the trio of the renowned American pianist Richie Beirach and his collaboration with the New York jazz trumpeter Alex Sipiagin, who is one of the most accomplished representatives of his instrument, deserve special mention. The Tobias Frohnhöfer Quartet's album "Dragon Boat" (Laika Records) will be released in February 2026 and will be presented with Alex Sipiagin in the JazzHall on this evening.
