This hand-building course is all about the slab technique - one of the most versatile and precise methods in ceramic building.

You will learn how to develop clear, specific shapes from flat, rolled-out clay slabs - such as mugs, bowls, small trays or storage jars. This involves clean cutting, careful joining and a feeling for proportion and surface.

We will then glaze your pieces in the color of your choice - or you can glaze them yourself in a separate glazing course.

The finished pieces will be ready for collection after approx. 4-5 weeks or can be sent to you by post (plus shipping costs).

The course takes place at Wielandstraße 52.
