Töpfern: Mach dein eigenes Matcha Set am Tisch (Handbuilding)

In this handbuilding course, you will create your own matcha set under the guidance of Lea(@studiostarke_ceramics) - consisting of a bowl for mixing, a drinking cup and a broom holder.

You will work with the thumb pressure technique - a meditative, intuitive hand shaping technique in which the shape is created from the inside out. The focus is on material feeling, uniformity and the individual expression of your pieces.

We work with a selected type of clay, which you can shape creatively. We will glaze your pieces in a transparent glaze afterwards, but you are welcome to color them yourself with engobes during the course.

The course takes place at Schinkelstraße 65.
