Pottery workshop with Silja Schüler
In Siegburg, pottery has been a tradition since the early Middle Ages. Drinking, ceremonial and cooking utensils were made here by hand and sent all over the world at that time. In this workshop, you can create your own quick hand-built pot and gain an insight into the craft of ceramics. We use the original Siegburg stoneware clay. Your piece will then be glazed, fired at 1240 degrees and can then be used in everyday life. Please come in clothes that can get dirty.
