TRANSTRONICA 2026 Transmissions

In the organizer's words:

TRANSTRONICA was founded in 2022 by Hamburg musician, DJ and salonnière Saeleen Bouvar as the world's first trans music festival. transmissions marks the fourth edition and brings together local and international trans artists and communities of queer club and music culture over two days.
Day 1, entitled Rhythms, stands for beat, language and resistance: Indian rapper and producer Kinari combines global hip-hop perspectives with political lyricism and physical presence, in which music becomes a direct response to power and exclusion.
Day 2, Voices, is dedicated to voice, intimacy and narrative: with Cry with us, Janis Sahraoui presents a musical work between pop, performance and autobiographical condensation. TRANSMISSIONS transforms the Kampnagel Club into a space of solidarity and resistant celebration against the violence of forgetting! A resonating space of shared memory and a living archive of queer presence.
