Trauma Glow is an alternative band from Vienna. Since their start in 2023, the group has over the past two years released two EPs and played numerous shows across Europe. The band is currently releasing their new single million in one in collaboration with Vienna-based artist Sakura Katsuura Chow. The new single is rooted in shoegaze but incorporates influences from pop, country, and rock, blending acoustic guitars with effects pedals. million in one feels more intimate, an attempt to merge the outside world, with all its events, into the inner sensations one experiences alone in a room with their own consciousness. Money meets lemonade. Over shimmering beats, an everyday line like "Night walk to get your favorite soda pop... I write another day and the years fly by" feels fragile, while at the same time sketching out a future in a big house. Trauma Glow transforms this feeling into a post-digital anthem-both nostalgic and unsettling.
