The sound of the Trio Balkan Strings is an original and unique interpretation of authentic, virtuoso instrumental music in the Balkan jazz-folk style, played by father Zoran Starcevic with his two sons Nikola and Zeljko.

The Balkan Strings trio is a family of guitarists from Belgrade. Their sound is an original and unique instrumental music, a fusion of Balkan elements, a music trip of Serbian, Gypsy, Macedonian, Romanian, Moldavian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Mediterranean, Greek, Oriental combined with jazz improvisation and classical elements.

The trio has played at numerous festivals and concerts in the USA, Canada, Italy, Poland, Hungary, Turkey, Russia, Moldova, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia. They have won a large number of fans in all these countries. They have also given master classes for classical and jazz guitarists in Europe and the USA. Their trademark - six hands playing on one guitar - is not to be missed!
