turtle Kollektiv. "Back to the roots"

In the organizer's words:

This workshop is part of the workshop program of the exhibition "Verwildert" by the turtle collective at Kunstlabor 2.

When we hear the word "wild", we usually think of forests, lakes and oceans. Untamed nature.
But our everyday life is also a wilderness that we have to fight our way through day after day. In the chaos of paid and care work, we often forget the basics of being human: listening to our body and our senses and working with them. This workshop is therefore about how we can use our senses to practice self-care in everyday life.

About the host: Xaver Egert
I am 21 years old and study psychology at the CFH in Munich. The workshop will be guided by the experiences I was able to gain as an assistant in group therapies for former rehab patients during my internship at the Neuro-Psychiatric Center Riem.
