Tuvaband - Seven Ways of Floating

In the organizer's words:

Within seven years, Tuva Hellum Marschhäuser aka Tuvaband has released four albums, two EPs and a collaboration with the supergroup New Age Doom. In this time, Tuvaband has reached 40 million streams on Spotify and received two nominations for the Norwegian Grammy, including for their previous album.

Sure, many indie musicians work hard and tirelessly to hone their skills, but few to the same extent as the Norwegian singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist. Tuva, who lives in Oslo, writes all her own songs, plays almost all the instruments on her recordings and produces and mixes her tracks. She also releases her band's music on her own label.

Now Tuvaband is about to release her fifth album, Seven Ways of Floating, on October 24th. The album's artfully arranged, floating soundscapes offer listeners a safe haven away from a chaotic and crazy world.
