Take a look behind the scenes of an opera with us - free of charge! We discuss with various people involved in the respective production and then use these insights to visit a rehearsal. While you get a taste of a stage orchestra rehearsal at the opera, you can see and hear the entire rehearsal at the theater.

The production celebrates cultural diversity and transcends all genre boundaries: From classical opera to hip-hop dance, every form of art is celebrated here. A plea for tolerance, self-irony and love.

Rosina lives under the strict supervision of her guardian Dr. Bartolo - as if in a cage: the colourful, dynamic and diverse outside world remains closed to her, and she is not allowed to leave this cage either. A young, very wealthy man, Count Almaviva, falls in love with her and wants to free her from her captivity. But to make sure that Rosina is not interested in his money, but in him as a person, he pretends to be the student Lindoro in order to get to know her better. But love alone is not enough to free Rosina from Bartolo's clutches - it takes the cunning and slyness of a real professional problem-solver. This is where the barber Figaro comes in, who devises a cunning strategy to bring Rosina and Almaviva together ...
