Three people, restless on the edge of creation: a librarian who knows all the books except one - the book of life. A director who only admits what she is really about in her last review after the dress rehearsal. A man who is ready for anything - ready to live every day as if it were his last.

Unrest at the Edge of Creation brings a triptych of human existence to the stage. Marc von Henning has written three independent plays from texts written at different times in his career. What connects them? The characters' longing for something tangible that they can hold on to and that gives their lives meaning - whatever that may be. Their search reflects the deeply human need to find the real and genuine, to experience their own existence as meaningful. This resonance with the wishes, hopes and longings of the audience gives the evening a very special beauty of its own.
