Immerse yourself in urban dance culture for a whole day - try it out, train, connect! 💥 Whether you're curious, want to take your first steps or broaden your horizons. There's something for you here:

🌀 Breaking for adults with @itz___me | 14:00-15:30
Have you always wanted to try breaking, but didn't feel quite comfortable between kids? Then this is your chance! In a relaxed atmosphere among adults, you'll learn the basics of one of the most energetic dance styles around.

✨ Breaking for Girls (FINTA)* with @7h3luma | 14:00-15:30
A safe space for anyone who wants to try out or deepen their knowledge of breaking. This workshop is explicitly aimed at people according to the FINTA term (women, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people, regardless of age or level)

🤝 Urban Partnering with @itz___me & @7h3luma | 14:00-15:30
Urban dance meets connection! Together we learn a choreography with partnering elements, trust, dynamics and flow. You can sign up with your partner or just come alone. We'll find a match for you on site.

💪 Athletic training for dancers with @itz___me & @7h3luma | 15:30-17:00
Your body is your instrument. We will show you effective tools for more mobility, stability and strength so that you can dance healthily in the long term. With exercises from the HE4DS method, among others, you will learn how to build up your own dancer-specific training smarter.
