In this Embodied Energywork session (Kundalini Activation) you lie relaxed while a clear, safe space gently regulates your nervous system. You don't have to do anything, achieve anything, express anything.
When the nervous system calms down, you regain access to physical perception - to feelings, inner impulses and needs that are often ignored in everyday life when we live and function mainly in our heads. The energetic work supports embodiment and integration - without you having to actively do anything.
